We are seeking a full time IT Help Desk Technician to support our staff.
We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are committed to providing exceptional client care and service.

Job Requirements:
Gathers and prioritizes Information Technology (IT) and communications service issues. Resolves or escalates problems to management as needed.
Documents, tracks and monitors IT and communications problems to ensure a timely and complete resolution.
Trains users in learning new company-provided applications and assists in problem solving for applications issues.
Tracks and maintains asset inventory.
Assists with handling nightly system back-up and regular workstation back up.
Sets up computers for new users adhering to security profiles.
Sets up email and phone access for new users.
Operates office equipment including printer, facsimile machine, and calculator.
Removes access and gathers assets from departing employees.
Compiles and maintains records of each workstation's configuration.
Monitors and debugs the network and makes necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware.
Researches and implements security and firewall strategies including antivirus and radius servers.

Qualifications:
1 to 2 years IT/network experience
Associates Degree or equivalent
Must have knowledge of internal operating system technology, computer operations, hardware, network management software, concepts and troubleshooting techniques
Advanced level of Microsoft Applications is required
