Waldorf is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who possess a passion for Jewelry and skilled at handling customer relations. Filling this position, you will assist us in:
? Acquiring new clients and maintaining a-one-to-one relationship with them using your insight and expertise in the field of Jewelry art and design.
? Following up after the sale, which will help the company maintain lasting customer loyalty.
- Improving our insanely great costumer service and take it even further.

Key Accountabilities:

- Inspire the customer by making a connection and demonstrating products and techniques to create a lasting positive impression of Waldorf and its line of amazing jewels.
- Demonstrate commitment and ability to build positive customer relations and inspire their loyalty through initiating counsel and guidance in discussing the clientele's needs and wishes.
- Utilize customer service techniques and professional selling skills to achieve team productivity goals
- Attend and actively participate in seminars, workshops, and other product knowledge and business-driving opportunities related to professional development if needed.
- Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications Summary:

- Dynamic personality, a desire to excel and a clear display of outstanding verbal communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Previous retail jewelry sales experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet or exceed sales expectations.
- Ability to take our magical costumer service even further.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures
