Must thrive in a fast paced environment be able to multitask and work with little to no supervision.

Our ideal candidates is extremely detail oriented and willing to work flexible hours. Coordinate with multiple team members and ensure deadlines are met and clients are satisfied. Thoroughly research and analyze any given problem and establish a solid plan of attack.

Required Skills:

Digital Pre-Press production
Wide Format Printing experience
Degree in Graphic Design or 3+ years of work related Experience
Laminating and mounting experience
Basic knowledge of elevations and scale
Ability to execute graphic logos and area development signage, both conceptual and production drawings.
Working Knowledge of Adobe Software Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Team Player with Strong Communication skills.
Ability to proofread and check Spelling
Color Matching Experience

Responsibilities:

Help operate and maintain Large Format Roland / Mimaki / HP Printers
Creation of print-ready/production-ready files and work orders
Monitor and order inventory as needed
Minimize waste by using inks, substrates and vinyl efficiently
Track job flow and meet deadlines
Install graphics at job sites

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of CNC routers
Sketch Up or Other 3-D Software is a plus
Set design and Production.
Traditional fine art skills and training (illustration, painting, color theory, perspective, 2D & 3D design) is a plus.
