POSITION SCOPE
Effectively handle a heavy volume of incoming telephone leads and email leads.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer lead inquiries concerning product and pricing by phone and email
- Email customers estimates and effectively following up at strategic times
- Maximize leads for conversions to sales
- Accurately report prospects through proper use of daily recaps and ongoing reporting
- Maintain personal sales metrics at or above company standards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Planning, organization and time management skills are absolutely essential
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- The ability to present both product and service capabilities of ETO Doors in response to the unique needs of each customer.
- Education: bachelor's degree required
