JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include conducting a tour of Studio production facilities, production sound stages, exterior sets, other areas of interest using a customized passenger tour cart to travel from location to location; presenting an unscripted comprehensive and engaging description of what is being viewed, including historical and current information about the Studio, TV and Feature productions filmed on the lot, and production operations; answer phones and make tour reservations using computerized system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Background must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to speak effectively in front of an audience. Must have the ability to retain detailed information, to work outdoors in year-round weather conditions, and walk/stand for extended periods. Requires a valid California Driver's License. Guides are required to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and will be required to adhere to the department's established dress code. Shifts vary between 6am--7pm. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
