Property Manager (Woodland Hills)

-Providing superior customer service with ability to interface directly with tenants and owners
-Returning all phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
-Generating well-written correspondence, resident notices, newsletters, etc.
-Understanding and managing budgets, coordinating vendors, service agreements
-Monitoring leases, rent increases, late payments, collections, evictions, tenant move-ins and move-outs
-Handling complaints and ensuring tenant & owner satisfaction
-Inspecting grounds, vacancies, and common areas to ensure they are maintained in top condition
-Soliciting bids from vendors and contractors for work to be performed and award contracts after securing appropriate approvals; maintaining a working knowledge of all vendor contracts and ensure compliance with same
-Reviewing and approving repairs and invoices
-Reporting to upper management through concise verbal and written reports
-Performing other management functions including administrative and clerical work as requested by the company

-CA Dept. of Real Estate license
-2-5 years of property management experience
-Acute attention to detail and follow-through
-Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Ability to make logical decisions on a consistent basis
-Ability to multi-task while remaining well organized
-Ability to follow direction and remain compliant with procedures
-Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail and Internet
-Hard working, high-energy, ability to multi-task
-Flexibility and willingness to "do whatever's needed"
-Ability to be on call after-hours for emergencies
-Professional appearance
