ACCOUNTING CLERK (CHATSWORTH)

Primarily Accounts Receivable Duties with Some Accounts Payable Support Duties.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
Prepare all customer billing
Communicate with the customers regarding billing
Daily bank deposits, posting cash applications
Process weekly, monthly, quarter and yearly reports, as required

Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 1year accounting experience in an office environment
QuickBooks knowledge required
Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Must be detailed-oriented
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines
Applicants must be able to prioritize and manage workflow with accuracy and speed
Data entry and clerical skills

Work schedule: 1 pm to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
