This successful candidate must have a positive, "can do" attitude, be able to work with multiple types of personalities, have a desire to be helpful to clients and maintain a welcoming disposition while answering phones, greeting clients and vendors and working with the entire RE team, as well as, the desire to learn, multi-task, be responsive, detail-oriented and a hard worker. The right candidate will be able to listen carefully, take direction and begin detail oriented projects and follow them through to completion, with accuracy, while also managing the phones and other key receptionist administrative duties as required on a daily basis. This job is one of the most important roles we have at our company as you are our first point of contact with our clients, peers and other professionals! This is a full time position with benefits.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Answering phones and greeting all clients in a professional, pleasant manner
* Assist in accurately distributing, tracking and following up on marketing surveys, thank you's, birthday wishes and continued relationship building outreach for multiple departments.
* Assist in marketing material requests, production and assembly w/ direction, while also following company brand guidelines.
* Assist in miscellaneous marketing assistant and sales outreach activities, such as assisting in tradeshow set ups, client office call preparations, other industry related events with attendance tracking, materials production, event supplies and responsiveness, etc.
* Attend industry events as requested, including but not limited to: company events, tradeshows, industry sponsored events.
* Assist in impromptu marketing projects as needed, including project presentations, assisting in sales call material preparation and production, marketing mailers, website maintenance and photo log activities.
* Assist in maintaining client databases, budgets, marketing materials, and promotional item orders.
* Assist in accurately maintaining, organizing and tracking internal / external client information and databases.
* Accomplish other marketing organization duties, client and sales tracking, library maintenance and replenish inventory, as needed.
* Performs other related marketing assistant duties as requested
* Filing, faxings and mailings
* Maintaining office supplies, office equipment and all common areas
