Must be bright, outgoing, organized, detail oriented, friendly and enjoy helping others. Basic computer knowledge needed, especially Microsoft Word and Quick Books. Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, filing, ordering inventory and keeping supplies stocked, email and phone communications with clients, letter-writing, light office tidy-up and basic marketing activities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are very important. This is a fragrance-free, alternative health office. Work hours are afternoons/evenings Wed-Sat. Starting as part time and will grow to full time as we grow over the coming months. 18-22 hours per week to start and will increase in the next few months.
