Job Overview: Working for an Oil Operator you will take ownership of the management of their existing oil related data whilst preparing the way for future expansion…Company is presently relatively small but has expansion plans in place for further North Sea and potentially overseas growth. Applicants are invited with a good understanding of well and seismic data types, formats, data stores and good data management practices. This is both a management and sometime technically hands on role so flexibility and the confidence to excel are key. Role offers major opportunity to develop your career in data management with an expanding oil operator…operated and non-operated assets…central North Sea…production from four producing assets...owned by a Japanese conglomerate with commitment for expansion… friendly, dynamic environment… exposure to all aspects of the business and be involved in all data management matters across the value chain from geotechnical, operations and commercial data…covering data system environments, data room retrieval, data loading operations, defining policies in relation to data structures and Company data storage and retrieval. You will manage all aspects of geotechnical, operations and commercial data.
