This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to work with a leading engineering contractor, who is looking to expand their team at present in their Eastleigh office, Hampshire.

In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Recruitment Cycle - Permanent/Contract
Leadership Development
Personnel Administration
Expat Management
Employment Law - contracts/disciplinary measures
Personnel Insurances/Pension Scheme
UK Payroll
Personnel Controlling - cost planning for freelancers/interims, Invoice Verification
Support of foreign employees with visa and work permit
Responsible for trainees

You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) and be CIPD qualified (or actively studying towards it) with previous experience of working in the HR field, ideally within an international/technical environment. You will also have good knowledge of employment legislation, tax and NI.
You will also have strong communication and people skills
