Workshop Technician

A leading subsea engineering company has a new requirement for a Workshop Technician.

Purpose:

To maintain and service the company's and clients rental and purchase equipment at the workshop location and support operations services team.

Main Activities:

- Refurbishment and preparation of company Purchase and rental equipment in accordance to procedures.
- Refurbishment and preparation of Clients equipment in accordance to procedures.
- Preparation of new equipment for use offshore.
- Preparing equipment and tools for job load-outs, as per ISO9001 / API specifications and procedures;
- Service company and Clients own equipment, as per ISO9001 standard and procedures;
- General housekeeping of all workshop areas.
- Deliveries and collections to / from clients and suppliers.

Experience:

- Understanding of Quality Assurance procedures and factory acceptance testing.
- Hands on experience in oil industry tools, refurbishment, redressing and pressure testing.
- Fork lift truck license.
- Slinger / banksman certificate.
- Be Self-Motivated and well organised.
- Be able to works as part of a team.
