The role
You will be primarily responsible for leading process activities about plant research, EHS and technical improvement and the design and development of new equipment that is crucial for the success of companies.
Site features are highly integrated and interdependent, with a flux of old and new equipment that presents significant challenges of any design, standards, procedures and projects perspective. If the site is a Top Tier COMAH facility, standing, process safety and environmental considerations. You will assume responsibility for the management and control of a team of process engineers of systems in the field of standards and verification calculations, reports, and data sheets are maintained. You will also be involved substantially in the selection process for new employees.
The person
Experienced graduate chemical engineer with several years experience in chemical plant design and operations
Experience of working in high danger, COMAH regulated environments
Experience of/State leads a team of engineers from process
