Handyman/Maintenance Needed (Costa Mesa, ca)

Looking for a handyman to work on a regular basis - 6 days a week.
Worker must be experienced and able to perform skilled maintenance work at an apartment complex.

You must exhibit the skills to repair and maintain apartments, i.e plumbing, plastering (stucco work), electric, painting and/or mechanical repair work.

Worker must also be able to clean property grounds both indoor and outdoors and do gardening work.

You must be able to perform other various duties on both a timely and professional manner.

You should also be able to exhibit and communicate with tenants in a courteous and professional manner.

Also, be able to practice safe work practices and knowledge of equipment and be able to assert what is needed in order to maintain a single apartment and remedy any given problem.

Please exhibit an efficient work ethic, be flexible, and provide your own reliable transportation.
