ADMIN ASSISTANT- FULL TIME (Hollywood-Los Angeles)

- Tend to the office
- Answer telephones / take messages / receive & send faxes
- Provide support to some of the office staff
- Photocopying / ordering supplies / getting & sending mail & courier / filing
- Negote better rates with vendors (courier / office supplies and the likes)
- tend to office equipment and ensure maintenance agreements are current
- Take dictation from president on his correspondence (type accurately and fast)
- Maintain address book for president, schedule appointments for him/company, make travel arramgements
- Good command of the English language & technically savvy (PC's, printers, copiers, phones etc)
- Proficient in MS Office -- Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- QuickBooks and/or real estate knowledge not required but considered a plus
- Write checks and send out payments (very basic)
- Carry out telephone and Internet research in real-estate/land-development, based on instructions
by manager
- Parking provided, and up to $150 towards health insurance after 90-days from start date
