Noah's Bagels is a neighborhood based, deli inspired restaurant in the Quick-Casual segment of the restaurant industry.
We currently operate 74 locations along the West Coast and we're growing!

SHIFT MANAGERS

If you have a hospitable personality and love to work with people, we love to promote from within and this is a great way to build your experience!

Responsibilities:
The Shift Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the restaurant daily operations.
Maximize guest loyalty by promoting hospitality
Maintaining a professional, safe and fun work environment for all employees
Assist in running a cost-effective and quality operation
Help promote, support and encourage local marketing and catering to increase restaurant sales

Qualifications:
At least 1 year restaurant shift management experience
ServSafe Certification required
Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company quality standards? Analyze, manage and control sales, profit and loss according to company standards and objectives
Consistently developing new business and growing the operation
Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and all company policies and procedures during all shifts

CREW MEMBERS

We are looking for hospitable people to fill our Crew Member positions!

Responsibilities:
Crew Members typically work a shift between 5am and 6pm.
Crew Members have a friendly, enthusiastic, customer focused attitude and take pride in their work.
Service positions involve guest orders, food preparation and food execution.
Employees must be able to offer the customers an enjoyable dining experience where food and beverage products are efficiently served according to company standards of excellence for quality, sanitation and consistency.
Ability to read, count, write and speak coherently in English in order to effectively communicate is necessary.

BAKERS:

We are looking for talented people to fill our Baker positions! All of our restaurants revolve around our Bakers and the products they produce! They are the core of the restaurants operations.
Bakers are employees with a sense of ownership and who take pride in serving products that conform to the company's standards of excellence for quality, consistency, and presentation.

Responsibilities:
Shifts start as early as 2:00 am
Available on the weekends
Must be able to multi-task, adhere to product recipes and specifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Have strong hand-eye coordination
Work independently
Must demonstrate a commitment to company standards to product quality and availability
Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized
Must have the ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds, tolerate heat blasts and tolerate cooler temperatures
Position requires pre-employment background screening
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a scratch-baker or pastry chef position. No experience necessary - we will train the right candidate.
