FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR - Weatherford - Pearland, TX

JOB SCOPE:

Assist Global Branch Plant in managing jobs with scheduling, operations, customer satisfaction, productivity, and economic goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee underreaming operations on customers rig site / location

· Attend well planning meetings within Weatherford and at customer’s office / location

· Run and analyze hydraulic programs

· Generate job pre and post job reports

· Provide competency training to other Weatherford field operators

· This position may require manual/physical work. Assemble, disassemble, inspect, steam clean, paint, stencil, load and unload downhole tools.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Essential
1-3 years related experience Drilling rig work flow knowledge Organized and detailed in work Good project management skills SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Essential
Rig-Pass, Well-Cap, and other offshore certificates. The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
