GRCA, LLC is one of the fastest growing retail businesses in the world and has set its sights on growth in the San Gabriel Valley area. We are looking for dynamic Sales Associates that have the skills and the drive to engage people and to introduce customers to the concept of buying damaged, worn, outdated and unwanted, bits and pieces of gold for quick and instant CASH.

This is a part-time position (15-35 hours/week). Please specify which location you are interested in when applying.

We are hiring for our locations at the West Covina Mall (West Covina), Santa Anita Mall (Arcadia), Montebello Town Center (Montebello).

Day to day responsibilities:
- Engaging customers in conversation to explain our services
- Weighing and testing jewelry pieces to determine their cash value
- Providing pay-outs to customers in exchange for their unwanted gold, platinum, and silver
- Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with company procedures

Requirements are:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior work experience in a retail, marketing, sales or customer service environment
- Prior direct sales experience preferred. Retail and customer service experience highly regarded.
- Ability to engage customers and provide an exceptional level of service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of energy and motivation
- Proficient at MS Windows applications and general computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
