The following are the requirements for the position:
Bilingual.
Have training in the medical field with knowledge in front office and back office operations.
Prior work experience in customer service a plus.
Proficiency with computers.
Good written and spoken English.
High School diploma or higher.
Drivers license and own car. Car insurance.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
The ideal candidate must be well spoken with a professional appearance.
