Inspector will perform property line inspections on behalf of title insurance companies. The job entails measuring the lot lines of property throughout Los Angeles, and uploading written reports from their homes.
Candidate must have above average written, verbal communication, computer skills.
Candidate must own a PC, scanner, high-speed Internet, cell phone and digital camera.
Must be able to draw free hand and computer generated sketches.
Candidate must be self-directed, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
Able to work quickly and efficiently, meeting hard due dates with a minimum of supervision and have a high degree of integrity.
Detail oriented, well organized, and flexible. Candidates must have a take charge/can do mentality.
Must be able to cover territory and typically be available to work up to 5 days per week.
Able to interact professionally with property owners, tenants and title insurance companies..
Must have a reliable car with ability to drive and cover a wide territory.
Physically able to complete a full day of inspections and inputting reports.
