Sales/Marketing Intern (Woodland Hills)

Position Description:
The primary role of the sales and marketing intern is to assist in business development activities including prospecting, customer research, competitive intelligence and outreach via phone and email. The intern will also participate in selected sales meetings in the Los Angeles area. Additional responsibilities will include assistance with writing and editing collateral, creating presentations, product one-sheets, promos and other special projects and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogging, etc) outreach. This is a hands-on role where the intern will gain real world experience, interact with clients (internal and external) and leave with documentation for their portfolio and actionable skills for their career.

Required Skills:
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
? Highly organized, able to manage time and meet deadlines
? Motivated, a self-starter, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
? Interest in sales and marketing as a career path.
? Eager to provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.
? Adept to social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogging)
