Towne Center Property Management (TCPM) is a growing property management firm with headquarters in Orange County, California. As we continue to acquire properties and grow our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced leasing consultant to join our family with a "can do" attitude and grow with us.

We are seeking polished, engaging, and energetic Sales Associate who is responsible for the leasing of apartment homes, retaining existing residents, and achieving maximum occupancy. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong customer mindset and commitment. We are committed to excellent customer service for a residential community. Must have strong sales experience and closing skills.

***Must have at least 2 years of conventional, multi-unit housing, leasing experience and STRONG CLOSING SKILLS. Large property experience (600+ units), lease-up experience, and diverse environment experience needed. ***

Qualifications

Qualifications/Competency:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Optimizing warm leads, facilitating property tours, and securing leases with closing skills
-Generating traffic, securing appointments and maximizing rentals
-Assist in the total leasing efforts and all marketing programs of the property
-Participate in the presentation and monitoring of market ready product
-Perform all administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing functions

Education

-Knowledge of Fair Housing (conventional, multi-family experience)
-Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, RealPage/One-Site and Internet
