Job Summary:

Utilizes general knowledge of oil and gas rig-up procedures, flow back operating procedures, and maintenance procedures for flow back equipment. Supervises a roustabout crew on the rig-up or operation of frac equipment, water capture equipment, flow back, and coil tubing drill-out equipment. Supervises the general maintenance of light plants, flow back equipment, and frac tanks. Ensures all Company Policies / HS&E practices, policies, and procedures are communicated and adhered to by roustabout crews. Completes and submits daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required. A valid Driver’s License is required; a CDL license is preferred. Oil and gas experience is preferred. Must have good HS&E practices and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook & Excel). Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Required to work day and night shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary; responsible for responding to call-outs when needed. Supervises routine maintenance such as valve repair, flow back iron repair, light plant repair, and miscellaneous repairs on oil and gas frac and flow back equipment. Supervises labor and equipment for rig-up of oil and gas tank batteries, oil and gas flow back equipment, and artificial lift installations. Provides addition and replacement of oil and gas equipment when needed. Purchases and maintains inventory of spare parts for rig-up and repairs. Supervises a roustabout crew’s operation, testing and reporting requirements for flow back/ coil tubing drill-outs. Comprehends and communicates the overall procedure, plan, or goal to required personnel including contractors and vendors. Analyze data and make any required adjustments in a timely manner. Trains roustabouts in oil and gas rig-up, flow back operation, and maintenance procedures. Ensures all Company Policies / HS&E practices, policies, and procedures are communicated and adhered to by roustabout crews. Evaluates roustabout crew’s performance. Completes and submits daily activity reports, daily JSA’s, weekly well site checklist, crew’s weekly payroll, and monthly time allocation reports.
