Dream writing job (or nightmare) 40 editors wanted (to edit my book) (West Hollywood)

I am looking for 40 editors or writers to help me edit the 5 books that I have written in the past 2 years.

These will be best sellers, they are tell alls about my 10 year career working as an investment banker and consultant to the top people running Goldman Sachs, Exxon Mobil, Facebook and Google.

The books are meant to inspire the country to forgive these big companies and LEARN about business EVEN IF PEOPLE HAVE NO INTEREST IN EVER BEING A "BUSINESS PERSON". Everything in this world is about money, so truly I write about everyone's favorite topics (celebrity encounters, blood sucking bankers, politics and what really is going on behind the curtains and inside the secret board room meetings). My writing is meant to inspire people to figure out the world around them so they can change it...so they can improve it peacefully. I grew up pretty poor feeling (middle class in Orange County), was a straight A student and bored out of my mind throughout school. After studying Corporate Finance and Accounting, naturally I went to interview for Goldman Sachs. When I went there, just before I went in to my interview, Al Gore left the lobby, he was working on a giant media deal with some random banker dude. At that moment, I knew I didn't want to do banking, so I blew the interview and did a tech startup just like Facebook that got to 40 schools and then crashed (after I turned down many offers to sell for millions). It didn't crash like people think companies do, it died a slow and painful death over 5 more years. It was more slowly and more anonymously than anyone could ever imagine. It was painful because I was fighting so hard for each and every one of my employees who I KNEW were afraid that we were getting killed by Facebook (which we were). I went majorly in debt to try to save everything and save everyone. Everyone left me when I ran out of money, my friends from USC, beautiful girlfriends, business partners, and truly I lost everything I knew in life. Of course, that was not a very nice feeling, it was the worst, but I bounced back onto my feet.

I figured out that I could use my experience with social media to start a tech and management consulting company, and one of the first apps that I did was for a billionaire. Somehow, I was back in the game and then EVERYBODY wanted to be with me again and everyone wanted my help. That actually hurt worse because it confirmed my theory that everyone was around me just for my money. Anyway, I'm NOT gonna tell where the story ends, but it's a good one, entirely worth working on and helping me share with the world. It definitely will inspire the country and people will probably laugh at me, or beg me for a job again, or try to date me, or whatever, but fuck all that...I'm just doing my own thing now...nobody can hurt me anymore...so get involved and see for yourself if I am full of shit. I am not.

The book, and all my books are ENTIRELY NOT meant to slam anyone or "name names" (in fact, I do not name any names and I will never without permission).

So who am I looking for to help me?
I want help from 40 positive, optimistic and happy people who can ensure that the message I am going for (inspiration) is captured in the first book. Obviously, I wrote it during times of pain, but that need not be how the book ends or be perceived by the public (or maybe that is better...the group will decide what is best). Let me say once more, this is not a "who is ruining the world" book, it is a book that tells my story and my perspective, so help me edit out any negative energy that made its way in. I want to inspire the people who feel weak and powerless right now and I know that I have that gift, I always have and that's REALLY why people pay me a lot of money to help them. Anyway, money and life that was centered around money got boring, it always does, and so I'm doing this now because it sounds like a fun idea...obviously, it is an experiment that we will make up as we go along..

And so MY PLAN CURRENTLY, is to release the FIRST book after just 1 month, as it needs to be published first, before it can be made into a film (it has already been optioned for a film). One of my best friends runs a Venture Capital company and he wants me to work for him once the book is done. I told him that I want to finish my books first and he told me to figure that out quickly. Once again, someone needs my help, but I need yours first. Writing was hard for me and its even harder to try to "finish"...or "make it perfect"...or "even figure out how to know when it is done". As of now, I believe its VERY CLOSE TO BEING DONE, OR DONE ENTIRELY. Its 250 pages and I've edited it and read it maybe 20 times already.

Here are the terms of payment if you are chosen to help me, 2 options:
1) Minimum wage
2) We spend only 1 month working on the first book TOGETHER as a group (20 girls and 20 guys). I will then donate 10% of the sales of the book to the group to write shit, whatever you want...OR I will invest between 25% and 30% of the profits from the first book (including the film rights that I will sell) and start a Venture Capital fund with up to $10 million to promote just the writing careers of this new group of people that helped me (for up to 4 years or until the money runs out). For example, if the book only makes me $1 million, then you 40 likely terrible editors will get $250,000 to help launch your careers, so don't be terrible, be helpful and help it make more money and YOU WILL GET MORE MONEY. The BETTER my books do, the more money that will be allocated to help get you out of your stupid jobs and to get you writing full-time...so hopefully that is your dream. My dreams already all came true, which is why I need more dreams. My new dream is to help other people get their lucky break that they came to Hollywood for.

I have had an amazingly lucky life, everyone will know it when I publish just the first book, and the next 4 are even crazier. I dated the girl who started the Occupy Wall Street movement, politicians daughters, actresses, blah, blah, blah. The stories I have are worth telling, and I've edited the books endlessly, but they probably just need some more eyes.

Resume just needs to be "your story" and why you deserve a break, why you deserve a chance to write full-time (as you will get to do full-time if you are willing to invest energy in someone else for just 1 month). I clearly don't need more money to be happy in life, and I guess I will help my friend with his Venture Capital thing after we together publish the first of my books that I wrote, but I think it was dream of mine to PUBLISH A BOOK BY AGE 30, and the clock is ticking. I still have an unfulfilled dream that is holding me back from helping you, so PLEASE HELP and I'll return the favor.

Help me and I will "go to bat for each and every one of you". What else is really interesting in life except helping other people out? I don't know, that's why you will get to know me as a funny seeming and unique individual in these very selfish times...but the times are a changin, so let's do this.

Or don't apply. Sit on your asses bitching about how nobody gives you a chance in life to make it. Here is your chance, and I can't just give money to anyone, so this is the best way that I know how to screen people, to figure out if they are lazy and pathetic, or hungry for a break.

P.S. I'm thinking we can do this in just 4-8 hours per week, so 30-40 hours total??? But we will talk via phone or email and setup a group interview at some boring office...and then whoever goes forward with me will have to decide with the group the "state of the book" and how much work it really needs.

P.P.S. I have lots of connections, but of course I have NO IDEA if I can pull this off. I have NO IDEA who of my rich and famous friends will take my calls, but probably everyone will as soon as its done. I haven't tried to do much with the book because I ACTUALLY AM ABLE to get meetings with anyone and I know they'll laugh in my face if I submit something not 100% done. You will see from the interview (which I will call a "brief chat") that I do care a lot about helping other people and am honest (which is why I was screwed out of millions of dollars several times...but I always come back stronger). If you need the offer in writing so that I am contractually bound to do what I say that I will, then that is OK to indicate during the group interview. Putting things in writing is always smart I prefer doing so as well before we start on anything together. So yes, during the group interview (or after), is when I will have waiting for you a simple, non-legally confusing, in writing agreement to which you can say YES or NO before starting to help me.

Don't wait, OR wait, it's all the same to me. You see, when you have money, it's not hard to get people to help you, but I am different than everyone else with lots of money.
