You need to be personally motivated to provide excellent service and care. You will be asked to take care of various tasks so that the office runs smoothly. To be considered for the position, you must fit the following criteria: You must be college or university educated with a 4-year degree. You need to be confident and able to project genuine personal interest when interacting with our patients in person and by telephone.

This is not a back office job; it is a people position. This is a great job for chatty kathy! If you have body piercings, exposed tattoos, an impractical manicure, or are a smoker, then please do not apply. You must be interested in aesthetics and take pride in your appearance. If you think cosmetic surgery is for vain people, then please do not apply. Maturity is a plus. You should be good at multi tasking and see the big picture. This job involves being able to anticipate people's needs and the ability to plan ahead. This is a sales job but you don't need to "sell" anything! However, you need to be able to describe what our doctor does, the benefits of surgery and the services we offer accurately, and also be comfortable discussing our office with patients in a clear and confident way.

Sufficient computer literacy is needed to master our basic scheduling on Microsoft 365, respond to Internet inquires, and work basic internet contact management services. Traffic in West Los Angeles is horrible, but we still need you to be on time. The pay for this position is $12.50 to 18.50 per hour depending on experience. Parking is provided.
