Rig Site Services Supervisor - Piper-Morgan Associates - Houston, TX

Houston based company with proven technology in tubular products designed to reduce the cost of oil & gas production has immediate opening for a Project Supervisor to perform well-site installations. Excellent opportunity to join a well established and technically driven company that is rapidly growing world-wide to meet demand for its highly sought after patented products and services.

The selected candidate will enter a training program that runs from 4-6 months depending on experience and drive, followed by a 2-3 month mentoring period, then will be assigned to supervise projects scheduled for deployment in the USA. May be selected to perform projects in international locations from time to time. First year compensation including base salary, project bonus and annual performance bonus in the range of $80,000 - $120,000 depending on your learning curve. Advancement to Sr. Project Manager/Supervisor (usually in 2-3 years) will generate compensation up to $150,000. Excellent company benefits.

Candidate Profile Requirements:
5+ years experience on rigs performing work during drilling and/or workover operations onshore or offshore. Excellent English written and oral communications skills. Must be a USA citizen or permanent resident. General knowledge of drilling, completion, tools, casing running/handling, pumping, cementing, casing evaluation and mud logging. Strong drive to complete projects while delivering high quality, customer-oriented services in the safest way possible. Strong attention to detail and following correct procedures and processes. Skilled at organizing a team, planning, implementing, performing and overseeing projects that involve engineering personnel, on-site work teams and customers. Strong communications skills in English required. Ability to travel for periods from a few days to 2 weeks at a time. Engineering degree not required. Some college education in a technical area is required. This is not rotational work.

Responsibilities Include:
Full cycle oversight and personal contribution to successfully complete projects ranging from $200,000 to $2 million. Safety of employees and other persons. Contribution and preparation of post job reports. Participation in product testing.
