The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the accurate processing of wire transfer transactions, while providing courteous, timely and informative service to ensure customers feel completely satisfied.
REQUIREMENTS:
?Spanish Fluency REQUIRED (Read, Speak, Write)
?Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
?Ability to work weekends
?High School Diploma or equivalent
?Three to six months related experience
?Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
?Ensure workstations are organized and equipped for the start of the business day
?Ensure cash is secured according to Sigue policy throughout the course of the day.
?Complete all work within the regular work schedule adhere to General Branch regulatory procedures including BSA
?Interact and work closely with the supervisor and to stay abreast of any new development and initiatives
?Maintain confidentiality of customer information, branch policies and procedure
?Comply with The Sigue Branch AML/BSA Compliance Program
?Ensure establish productivity and referral objectives are met or exceeded
?Maintain minimum amount of cash in teller's area to ensure compliance with security and safety measures
?Be proactive in identifying fraudulent or forged documentation and/or activity and reporting them to the respective supervisors
?Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned
