Position: Field Sales Representative
Location: Vernal, UT and Washington, PA
Report to: VP of Business Development

Summary of the Position
Under general direction, develops and maintains customer relationships with Company accounts in the field environment. Candidate sells Company services to existing customers and prospective customers.

Principal Tasks
• Contribute to the organization to build sales consistent with company strategy.
• Support the Sales and Operations Management in positioning the company to outside clients.
• Key contact for daily client interaction
• Have a thorough understanding of Oil and Gas industry
• Participate in structured reporting duties as directed.
Competencies Required For Effective Performance
• Ability to engage with client in a service specific technical discussion
• Capable of managing busy account base
• Able to build and maintain a broad level of relationships in the industry and ability to convert these relationships into customers
• Extravert, high energy sales hunter, who builds long term personal client relationships
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to sell value
• Broad understanding of the application of Company technology
• Highly mobile and willing to travel where needed to accomplish sales goals
• Capable of working an irregular work schedule based on the demands of our customers

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 3-5 Years Outside Sales Experience
• 3-5 Oilfield Service Industry Experience
