Key Responsibilities Include:

Finding quality candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods

Emailing prospective candidates

Maintaining metrics to gauge effectiveness of different strategies

Using metrics to come up with better ways to target candidates

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm sourcing experience

Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers

MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Google

Preferred Qualifications:

Full life cycle recruiting experience - cradle to grave; from unique candidate sources to offer close

Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing of candidate flow

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Create and maintain strategic recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events
