All our male positions are currently full.

We are a residential adolescent treatment center located in Malibu, CA. Within the setting of two group homes, we provide care ranging from acute psychiatric to substance abuse/chemical dependency.

Mental health workers are the frontline staff responsible for the health and welfare of our adolescent residents ages 13-18. Their responsibilities are significant but the rewards that come with helping a child get back on track are very rewarding professionally and personally.
Working knowledge of 12 step programs and personal recovery is a huge plus so please detail it in your resume and cover letter. Previous mental health work experience is also of great value. Please email resume and cover letter to address provided in this ad.

Job duties include:
? Watching over residents
? Mentoring
? Limit-setting/Redirecting behavior
? Displaying/encouraging healthy boundaries
? providing structure -- enforcing rules, presenting guidelines, encouraging positive change
? medication management
? Accurate record keeping
? Liaison between residents and clinical staff
