Job Title: Project Manager

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing an assigned project from development through to completion. The project manager will manage all functions and tasks for the project. They will organize all resources involved to ensure the project is complete within the time frame assigned. Scope and breadth of each project will vary.

Responsibilities:

This position includes but is not limited to the following duties.
? Become familiar with the company's core business channels and operations
? Develop a life cycle plan for each project and define and author the business requirements for it
? Establish communications, training and business deployment plans for the project
? Prioritize and manage changes and issues according to business impact
? Compile and distribute regular project progress reports to project stakeholders

? Ensure that the project stays on budget
? Act as the primary contact for the project

Qualifications:

Basic Skills Required:
? Must have well developed business acumen and must present professionally to customers
? Ability to handle confidential material
? Excellent oral, written and communication skills
? Must organized, detail oriented and be able to perform under tight time constraints
? Must be highly motivated with a strong drive and positive attitude
? Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office products; knowledge of Equator and Docusign a plus
? Must be results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education/Experience:
? Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, marketing, real estate or related field, or work equivalent required.
? Minimum of 3 years of experience Project Management required. PMP certification is a plus.
? Knowledge of real estate is preferred
