INTAKE LOAN PROCESSOR (VALENCIA & CALABASAS)

JOB DUTIES
Answer incoming sales calls and guide prospective borrowers through our website and application form
Make outbound sales calls from leads provided through our website
Interview borrowers for employment history, calculation of income, tax return information, credit reports analysis
Make sure debt to income ratios fit into underwriting guidelines
Prepare and send complete list of items needed from the borrower
Follow up with borrowers for loan docs
Discuss locking in rates with borrowers

REQUIREMENTS
Must be available for weekends plus early (5am to 2pm) or swing shifts (12pm to 9pm)
Previous experience in the mortgage industry a plus
Experience with collections / telemarketing / call center PREFERRED
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Calyx Point, DU, LP and other AUS experience a plus
Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment required
Skilled typist with great attention to detail
