Our innovative public relations and marketing agency is seeking out a special, talented individual to join our team.

This entry level position is an ideal fit for someone with a few years of work experience under their belt, preferably in the PR or marketing field.

We are committed to helping the successful candidate grow along with our agency if they perform exceptionally well.

Hard work and innovative thinking will be rewarded. This is a challenging position that will require thinking outside the box to serve our clients in the best way possible.

Although our core offering at our agency is public relations, we also offer search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and other services.

The successful candidate will eventually learn these areas in addition to PR.

Required skills include:

-Exceptional interpersonal skills

-Extremely detail-oriented

-Able to think outside the box, creative problem-solving
-Strong with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Strong Internet and phone research abilities
-Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
-General understanding of public relations and marketing
-Desire to learn and expand their knowledge

Job Responsibilities include:

-Create monthly reports for clients
-Set up monthly review calls as needed
-Interface with clients to gather needed information or material for PR/marketing
-Gathering of statistics for reporting purposes
-Researching media contacts, background, contact info
-Draft press releases
-Interview clients and take notes for article writing purposes
-Manage website content, creation, posting process
-Oversee all client's project dashboards on Google Docs, ensure they are accurate and updated
-Manage contractors to ensure they are on target with deadlines
-Assist with agency marketing activities: direct mail, online marketing, etc.
-Many other tasks as they come up
