? Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal -- seeking an experienced PI Litigation Paralegal (3-5 years) to assist with all aspects of personal injury litigation. Must have recent litigation experience, be knowledgeable of the litigation process, rules of court (state and local), court filings (e-filing is an absolute must), as well as Code of Civil Procedure, and trial prep experience. Must be a self-starter who is able to manage changing priorities. Duties will include assisting with all aspects of the litigation process including scheduling and calendaring for the firm.

Must have substantive calendaring and Federal and State filings (e-filing) experience. Duties will include discovery experience; preparing, answering and drawing up complaints; and client contact.
