Media Account Supervisor
This position is primarily responsible for managing our Client Service Team while overseeing and managing our large national accounts.

Responsibilities ? Maintain and lead business growth of owned accounts ? Manage and mentor account executives ? Cultivate working relationships with partner agencies in both planning and creative ? Thoroughly understand planning and activation processes and apply existing processes for day-to-day management of owned accounts ? Ideate new ways to improve existing processes in all aspects of account management and efficiently manage available resources ? Manage financial deliverables by partnering with internal A/P teams, most of which is a quarterly reconciliation of spend across various media vehicles ? Assist the accounting department with annual audit ? Partner with internal activation groups across TV, digital and OOH, and stay on top of each media's deliverables and contributions to achieve the overall campaign goal ? Develop, roll out and evaluate campaign strategies, advertising goals, etc. ? Prepare and present various analyses related to T&L or existing work ? Stay on top of ongoing deliverables, for both client direct needs as well as planning agency needs ? Stay on top of industry news/new media ? Assist EVP with new business projects/opportunities ? Work with the creative departments to develop TV copy as opportunities arise ? Ensure campaign results achieve established KPIs

Accountabilities ? Excellence in client communication and service levels ? Client retention and business growth ? Develop and nurture client relationships ? Efficient and effective department operations ? Role model and facilitate a team environment ? Complete assignments and/or agreements within deadlines

Education and Experience ? A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or related field or a minimum of seven years experience managing DRTV ad campaigns ? Proficient at problem solving and brainstorming for solutions ? Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, graphs and charts ? Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel ? Excellent verbal communication skills ? Prior experience managing and developing other team members
