Some experience with light remodeling; construction or property management is preferred.
Must live in the Palmdale area. (This is the area that service will be provided "from.").
The right candidate will be hard-working with a flexible schedule which can require odd/late hours and/or long days.
Be a motivated team player with good driving record, background check required
Legally allowed to work in the US
Own your own tools / Vehicle
Have or be willing to get a cell phone with picture taking/sending ability and internet access.

Mechanical Ability --Be a quick learner and possess the ability to multi-task, work well with his/her hands, able to work with little or no supervision and still maintain communication with the office and clients
Excellent Work Ethics --Have pride in a job 'well done.', be responsible, reliable and punctual, have a "Can Do" attitude willing to work when there is a need (ie: after hours/weekends). Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job.
