Drilling Senior Rig Supervisor - Brunel - Houston, TX

The Drilling Rig Supervisor will develop functional specifications and support preFEED assessments / FEED activities for fitforpurpose Arctic rig designs; Potential rig concepts include Gravity Based Structure, JackUp, FLoaters (Drillship, AxiSymmetric) and /or modification of existing harsh environments rigs.
Minimum 10+ years operations experience, with 35 years in harsh environment floating drilling operations. Prior Arctic experience is preferred. Competent in deepwater operations and subsea equipment. Prior rig construction experience preferred (i.e FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning) Proficient in the operating and construction characteristics of all components utilized in the drilling and completion system and be knowledgeable about alternative systems and procedures which might be implemented to improve operational efficiency. Highly developed communication skills and proficient in typical Microsoft computer based applications, Russian language is a benefit.
