Barbizon of Hollywood is seeking a high energy, out going, fun, and fashionable front desk receptionist! Our administrative/clerical receptionist is the first face our clients see or hear, as they say- first impressions are everlasting.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS BUBBLY, OUTGOING, AND ORGANIZED! DAZZLE US WITH YOUR PERSONALITY!

We are also a conservative company and our front desk staff must be POISED AND PROFESSIONAL- absolutely no visible tattoos, facial/body piercings, distracting hair color, etc.

HIRING LOCALLY AND IMMEDIATELY

If you possess the qualities listed above and have the ability to execute a multiple responsibilities with a smile, confidence, passion and poise, we're looking for you! The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking on the phone, and charismatic with a natural ability to interact and appeal to the general public. BILINGUAL CANDIDATES highly encouraged to apply!!

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- answering and directing a consistent volume of phone calls
- checking-in visitors
- booking appointments for auditions and workshops
- Maintain student records, take parent phone calls, TAKING TUITION PAYMENTS, collections on past due accounts
- updating social network accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace
- basic administrative tasks in conjunction with the marketing department (assistance with event preparations, event setup and breakdown)
-assisting marketing, sales, education department and upper management in administrative/daily tasks

Applicant Requirements

- Bilingual candidates a PLUS!!!
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Must possess a positive, upbeat attitude and enjoy interacting with others in a fun friendly environment.
- Computer skills (Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook). Typing skills. BONUS: filemaker pro, quickbooks, insidesales
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Multitasking.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
-MUST BE WELL GROOMED AND STYLISH! (No visible tattoos, facial/body piercings other than basic ears, distracting hair color, etc)
