This is the perfect opportunity for an agent who does not want his/her own book of business but enjoys the real estate industry! The position allows for a stable business line supporting a top producing agent in the South Bay.

Seeking a full time licensed real estate agent to assist in selling aspects of agent's business, focusing on managing current or prospective buyers. Job entails the following duties:

- Showing properties, going to inspection (termite, physical, etc.)
- Hold Broker Open's and Open Houses.
- Corresponding with Listing Agents, Buyers, Escrow, Title and Lending companies
- Maintain buyers database, match with properties
- Answer phones, check voicemail messages, greet clients in office, as needed
- Manage emails and respond to inquiries on listed properties
- Data Entry and searches on marketing systems (MRMLS, Zillow.com, Topproducer8i, REALTOR.COM, Craigslist, Postlets, Loopnet, Co-Star, etc.)
- Writing up documents for properties using ZipFORMS and AIR
REQUIREMENTS
- California Department of Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license is required (put DRE number on resume)
- Minimum 2 years sales and buyers experience with real estate transactions
- Understanding urgency of real estate transactions
- Familiar with Microsoft products
- Light travel required (showings, inspections, etc.)
- Professional and neat appearance
- Positive & friendly attitude, great work ethic, team player
- Job has some set and some flexible hours. Need to be available and willing to work weekends.
- Commercial experience is a plus
