Super bright attorney wanted for principal boutique investment bank investing in and financing the music and entertainment industry seeking a temp to perm legal attorney/ analyst/ executive assistant.

Need to be work quickly and have excellent contract and writing skills and litigation experience, motion drafting skills i.e. complaints, MSJs, arb briefs etc. and legal research skills.

Required skills: WordPerfect, Word, Excel, FileMaker, Outlook, E-Mail, Internet, Scanning, Adobe, Quickbooks, organizational skills, telephone and communication skills, longhand, quick, energetic, bright, work w/ high profile exec.
