DUTIES:
Real Estate Transaction Supervisor (must have experience in residential sales and short sale experience, equator)
Supervise Front Desk (Answering Incoming Calls, Greeting Agents, Clients)
Assist Broker with Legal Issues
Recruiting
Supervise Agent services and Graphics Designer
Develop and Lead Office Meetings and Events
Support ancillary services
Review agent production and increase profitability for Agents and Company

Weekly Report to Broker on Office Transactions/ Progress

MUST HAVE TO QUALIFY:

Real Estate License
Real Estate Experience in Residential Sales (Minimum 2 Years)
Knowledge in Short Sale Transactions, Equator System
Positive Personality
Time Management Skills
People Skills
Computer Skills ...Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Facebook, Twitter, MLS)
