Typical Duties Performed
• Rough Cable Installation ?" All low voltage systems (audio/video/control).
• Trim/Finish Installation ?" Terminate cables, install jacks/wall plates, labeling, & documentation.
• A/V Component Installation ?" Unpack, setup, and configure various audio/video components.
• System Programming ?" Programming of remote controls (Universal Remote, Theater Master). Experience with advanced automation systems such as Crestron is highly desirable but not required.
• Completion of daily work-orders and scheduling documentation.
Required Candidate Characteristics
• Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Verifiable Employment Eligibility documentation
• No drug use
• No criminal record
• Basic familiarity with common office applications (Email, Web, Word, Excel). Should have a home PC or laptop with access to the Internet.

• Enthusiastic ?" You should be a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys the A/V field. You should enjoy sharing your expertise with others.
• Knowledgeable ?" You should have experience and knowledge of how typical A/V systems and technologies work. You should enjoy learning about new technologies and products. You should be a hands-on learner with the ability to pick up new skills by reading documentation, working with vendor support technicians and learning from other internal experts.
• Self-starter ?" You should be able to work independently with minimal daily supervision. You should be able to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions on-the-fly.
• Involved - As part of our growing organization we are looking for people to grow with us, so you shouldn’t be shy about contributing ideas about how to improve or scale systems and processes. Our goal is to grow our leadership from within, so people who step up to the plate are rewarded.
• Presentable ?" you should be articulate and able to interact well with clients (often high-end clients with high expectations), as well as other trades-people.
