DUTIES
Design development and layout of the showrooms including furniture placement, color selection for fabric, walls etc.
Ability to handle multiple projects ongoing.
Demonstrate a professional management style while dealing with both internal and external resources.
Ability to create scale drawings and floor plans and maintain working files
Travel to showrooms to implement floor sets and moves
Place orders, negotiate with vendors
Knowledge of lighting a plus
Physical work required with the ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
Travel up to 25%
POSITION IS IN DALLAS

REQUIREMENTS
Business know-how, as well as great taste and artistic ability
Highly organized and detail oriented
Computer skills -Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
CAD proficient
Interior Design degree or minimum 5 years in related background
Supervisory experience
Project management
