Job duties include but are not limited to the following tasks:
1. Process Transactions
2. Organize files and implement a system to maintain organization.
3. Return emails and voicemails.
4. Make Spreadsheets (such as excel)
5. Call clients for signatures
6. Research properties
7. Write business letters if needed
8. Prepare/Write Offers, Disclosures, Escrow Documents, Title Documents, and contracts for signatures
9. Attend Seminars, Trainings, and Skill-Building Courses
Compensation: $10 hr +
Hours: M-F 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
