Our firm specializes in high net-worth individuals in the entertainment industry (TV, Motion Picture, Athletes, and Musicians). We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and would like the opportunity to grow within a fast paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities include:
? Handling multiple sets of books for various clients
? Bank and credit card account reconciliations
? Accounts Payable, bill pay and data entry
? Accounts Receivable, tracking, recording and processing of income
? Communicating with clients, vendors, banking contacts and various other professionals

Requirements:
? QuickBooks
? Communication and writing skills
? Expediency and Proficiency
? Detail oriented with follow through ability
? Work well under pressure while adhering to deadlines
? Maintain highly confidential information

Salary is commensurate with experience.
