Position: Sales Support -- Contract/Proposal Writer

Vision Internet has an immediate opening for an extremely detailed-oriented contract/proposal writer.? This position is full time, requires working daily in our office in Santa Monica.? As part of the company's sales support and administrative team, you will provide a vital role in preparing sales proposals, contractual documentation, proofreading legal documents, and supporting the sales and marketing teams.?

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing contractsProofreading legal documentsWorking with the sales team on project scopes of workRegular telephone, written and in-person correspondence with members of the sales teamWriting proposalsPrioritizing tasks in a deadline heavy environment

A successful candidate must have excellent writing and organizational skills.? They must be able to work independently and as part of a team.? They must be flexible and willing to work extra time as the business demands.?

Other requirements include:

Strong MS Word capabilitiesProficiency in MS Excel Good time management and organizational skills, with high degree of attention to detailHigh levels of Web literacy

Compensation

We pay competitive compensation consisting of a salary and bonus with a total compensation of $40,000 -- 50,000 in the first year. We also provide paid vacation and benefits.
