BDS Solar is a solar energy company looking for a administrator to join our team. Solar is one of the worlds fastest growing industries. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and are growing fast. An Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Help manage out going call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Profiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
- Great Phone Demeanor
- Strong computer skills
- Research Oriented
- Ability to effectively track leads
- Ability to communicate effectively with Company Sales Representatives
- Maintain contact with and build a relationship with automatic dialing company
- Build and maintain a relationship with list providers
- Ability to oversee telemarketing room with 10 marketers
- Ability to take direction from management
- Quick learner
- Tough skin
- Ability to multi task multiple projects in a faced paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Must have reliable transportation and live in the vicinity of Tarzana
- Room for growth in an expanding company $$

Hours: 3:00pm until 8:30pm Monday thru Thursday. 20 Hours a week to start. PART TIME ONLY.
Salary: $13-15 to start PLUS bonuses, there is a minimal training period of 10 days
