We are currently seeking a dynamic, performance-driven Property Supervisor with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to help with our expanding business and become an integral member of this fast paced and dynamic company. The individual must be a self motivated, be able to multi task and must possess excellent organizational skills.

This is a full time position offering a competitive compensation package.

The applicant must have experience as a Property or Field supervisor and be familiar with the South Bay area and the adjacent cities.

This is NOT a resident manager or a HOA manager position.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years property supervisor experience managing large portfolios
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and Yardi a must
- Possess Real Estate License- a plus
- Experience with Unlawful Detainer and Small Claims court procedures
- Good track record of resolving tenant related issues/ complaints
- Oversight of all aspects of management for single family residence and apartment complex.
- Oversee move in, move out, security deposit processing and preparing a vacant unit for fast renting to minimize rental loss.
- Must be a team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and know how to mediate conflicts tactfully and with a professional demeanor.
