Experienced Inside Sales Coordinator
About the Job:
The Experienced Inside Sales Coordinator works with a Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and to coordinate the activities associated with moving this opportunity from concept to profitable business. This includes:
?Preparation of quotations/proposals and supporting documents (cost breakdowns, feasibility studies) for review using tools such as Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
?Coordinate with the Business Development Manager or the VP Sales the review of incoming orders for completeness, for expectations, and for conformance, where applicable, to previously supplied pricing and forms.
?Participates in customer meetings at company offices or at the customer location as needed.
?Develop Sales Presentations with Business Development Manager and VP Sales and Marketing.
? Provides analytical sales reporting to Sales Management as required
?Any other projects or support as directed by the VP Sales and Marketing.
Knowledge & Experience:
?Working with customers and understanding need for being "customer-focused".
?Able to meet timing as driven internally or by the customer.
?Good telephone etiquette.
?Good writing skills for use with proposal preparation and email.
?Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications is a plus.
?Ability to manage multiple projects requiring excellent organizational skills.
? Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Educational Requirements:
?College Degree is required. Technical coursework is preferred.
?Excel proficient
Personality Factors:
?Good listening skills
?Ability to be resourceful in obtaining information through resources such as suppliers, internet, networking, etc.
?Desire to be successful by assisting in attracting new business opportunities.
