Growth-oriented Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Sales Agent that is experienced in selling Personal Lines insurance.

Prior sales experience AND P&C License required.

Individual must have knowledge of Home, Auto & ancillary coverages. Must possess STRONG communication skills to Present, Persuade and Close business.

Must be skilled with speaking to prospects, obtaining data on their current coverage, quoting policy(s) and presenting proposal both over the phone and in person.

Leads will be provided and available regularly.

FARMERS INSURANCE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IS A MAJOR "PLUS".

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
